Festival Application
PLEASE NOTE: Booth applications submitted after May 31, 2020 will be subject to a $50 late fee.
No applications will be accepted after June 15, 2020
This application is for an outdoor booth at the OKC Pride Festival weekend. The application fee of $300 for businesses, $500 for food vendors or $125 for non-profit organizations includes (1) covered space. All vendors will have access to electricity for a flat charge of $50. The electricity to be provided is only 110-volt Edison plugs (standard house hold plugs). Generators will not be provided. This application does not include a parking pass. All applicants will be responsible for acquiring all permits required by city, county, and state.
REFUND / CANCELATION POLICY: OKC Pride reserves the right to refuse refunds. A letter must be submitted canceling your registration. Your letter must be postmarked by May 31, 2011. Any letter postmarked after that date is not subject to a refund. This festival and parade will be held rain or shine. This application is subject to approval and acceptance by OKC Pride, Inc. and is subject to availability. OKC Pride, Inc. in their sole discretion, reserve the right to reject this application for any reason, including without limitation, booths that would be inappropriate given the nature and location of the event, or which may be offensive to OKC Pride patrons. Because OKC Pride 2011 occurs on property controlled by The City of Oklahoma City, laws are strictly enforced. A copy of the rules and regulations will be provided upon Applicant request. Any violation of these rules and regulations by a person associated with the Applicant will result in immediate expulsion of the Applicant without refund or compensation. Because space is limited, registered booth areas will only be held until 3 pm on Friday, June 24, 2011. If the Applicant does not occupy and have its exhibit setup by then, OKC Pride, Inc. has the right, at its sole discretion, to award the booth reserved for the Applicant to another entity. OKC Pride, Inc. will not refund any portion of the amount paid by Applicant pursuant to this application.
Parade Application

- The Parade is on Sunday, June 26, 2020
- The line will form no later than 5pm, and step off no later than 6pm
- Parade applications must be submitted with payment in full
- Applications submitted after May 31, 2020 will incur a $50 late fee

Producer Package
We need your help. We are asking individuals, like yourself, to become Producers at the $1000 level and above.
